Oris has released a limited edition watch in the Oris BC3 Air Racing commemorating the success of the Oris Big Crown Racing Team in the legendary Reno Air Races in Nevada, USA, where the team was placed 2nd in the Formula Gold Race. Team pilot Don Vito Wypraechtiger piloted the plane, the Scarlet Screamer.

The Oris BC3 Air Racing, reference 01 668 7647 7184-Set, is a limited edition watch of only 1,000 pieces. The watch case is made of titanium with a special engraved titanium case back and a stainless steel screw down crown. It also has an additional 24-hour hand to show a second time zone.

The red airplane shaped pointer of the second time zone hand is in reference to the color and design of the Scarlet Screamer. It will also come in a special box with an extra strap and strap change tool.
