Engadget has posted a review of the Timex Ironman Global Trainer GPS watch. This high tech digital watch features a built-in GPS module for tracking your movements. It comes with software and a connection kit to hook the watch up to your computer for viewing the detailed records. You can pick one of these up for $250 USD ($50 more if you want heart rate monitoring).
