The original ETA 804.114 movement was replaced with a basic quartz ETA 955.412 movement. It has a stainless steel case that works nicely in contrast to all the black details. The first run series of 1200 units has already sold out, but they will be doing a Series 2 for 2010. The retail price on these is $1,000 USD. The watch is rated to a depth of 2500 meters. It looks like it's a good idea to order one now if you want one of the next batch.

It features manual wind and a 48 hour power reserve. It's nice to see this one laid out in pieces. With a little practice you too can boldly take apart one yourself without fear.

The hour is shown depending which one of the segments 24 segments in the infinity symbol is lit up. The Minutes are displayed in the outer ring. They come in four different styles. The rose gold on is a limited edition. These are supposed to sell for about $1,200 USD.

There's six flavors of digital color. The brightly colored resin bands with grids of little bumps are reminiscent of Lego bricks. They will be packaged in a Rubik's Cube themed box. No details on price or release date yet.

These wonderful new marvels of technology probably won't be finding their way into too many watch collections, but it looks like companies are going to keep pursuing this convergence of timepiece and communications device. This one is priced at around $199 USD. If they can make one that doesn't look fugly, they might have a chance.
