90's Seiko Credor SCVL002 Mechanical on GMT+9
A Seiko SCVL002 from the mid-1990's showed up over on GMT+9. It seems to have been spotted on a Yahoo Japan Auction. It's a nice look, but there's not too many details. You'll have to research this one more on your own.

Seiko Watch Commercial Video From 1990
Here's a Seiko commercial that was broadcast in Japan back in 1990. There's a guy with dog in kayak and people drinking champagne. The narrator says something about the flow of time. It's a very dramatic video. Seiya apparently had something to do with the making of it.
Grand Seiko SBGF017 Available Now in Japan
Chino Watch has posted news of the Grand Seiko SBGF017 being available in Japan. This watch comes on a stainless steel bracelet and has a dual curved sapphire crystal. It features a quartz movement. The retail price is about $2,096 USD, and Chino is selling it for $1,628 USD shipped.

New Seiko SD Space Walk SPS005JC Watch
Seiko is releasing a new limited edition Spring Drive Space Walk watch in January 2010. The SPS005JC will have a retail price of around $28,607 USD. Only 100 of these will be produced. This watch has supposedly been proven in space. It's spent some time onboard the International Space Station.
