Casio has announced the release of two new Edifice chronograph watches. The pair of EQW-M1100DC models feature Multiband 6 atomic sync that works world-wide. The case and bracelets area made of black ion-plated stainless steel. There's also a 1/1000 second stopwatch and Tough Solar charging. These have a retail price of about $647 USD.

I think I found an advertisement for these posted on Youtube.
Nice looking watch. Do we know if the late-September release date also applies to the US?
I think the September 2010 release date might only be in Japan. But they will be released in the US and elsewhere.
Riley - thanks for the response. I think these were previewed in NYC at "Shock the World NY"
I found a video of this exact watch finally (the one in green)
Looks like it can be ordered from Japan for delivery to US. I may do that. I notice that nothing is on the Casio US site.
Casio USA released online details and pricing for this watch today: $500
