Seiya has posted news of a 50th Anniversary Grand Seiko SBGX075 coming out in June. This watch is part of a series of models that all feature a gold lion on the dial. There's a Mechanical Hi Beat and Spring Drive. The retail price on the SBGX075 is about $3,500 USD.

I'm looking forward hopefully to Seiko's anniversary in case they bring out some more affordable vintage-styled pieces. I think I've seen rumour of that somewhere, but my Japanese skills weren't enough to confirm that.
