Black-Out Concept is a company founded by Fabrice Letellier that customizes
high-end watches. It seems that they're stealthed Rolex Submariner has been
picked up and promoted by rapper Kanye West. They will coat just about
anything in PVD or DLC for a price.

case. They come in two bright pink and green color combinations. These
definitely aren't for everyone, but this series seems to be a hit somewhere.

features the 36,000 Beats Per Hour (BPH) 9S85 caliber. This gives it nearly
